There are so many unedited ones on there that I really have trouble believing accident here.
I think the more likely answer is "I wanted a subtle Nazi symbol and am backpedalling now that someone complained."

That's what I thought originally, but then I went to their tumblr profile and thought there's no way they can be a (neo)-nazi. Maybe I'm just too naive (uncertain if that's the right way to phrase it?).
