This is... odd, right? Is there a backstory here or is this person just... depressive? I empathize, but the whole "I keep forgetting nothing good comes from me speaking my mind bit" just sounds really pitiful. I hope no one's actually sent them this dragon?

I feel this is just a depressive / mental health thing. Lots of people struggling often think that what they have to say is meaningless and this seems like an attempt to get other people to do mental harm to them so they don't have to do it themselves. Nothing crazy IMO, just kind of sad - I also hope no one has done this to them.
