if you skim through accounts that joined FR in the past few days youll find a loooot that are set to namechange<id#>, assumedly part of this spam. i saw one account called "CheckOutHentHaven" (referencing the porn site) and apparently a lot of the other accounts were named similarly offensive/inflammatory things before being renamed by admins.
