Santae will change their cash shop prices based off of America's inflation. So no price is set in stone it'll be constantly changing. This is literally the only pet site I've seen do this and quite frankly it's stupid. (Also the prices will change from $1=1sC to $1=100sC? So what's the point in confusing your players even more?)
theoretical question that i cannot math and logic through myself because it's midnight but i cannot fall asleep: if the buy rate fluctuates, and USD to other currencies rate also fluctuates due to the idiocracy you have, which rl currency is the most optimal to buy your santae currency in after factoring in all currency conversion bank charges and likely rounding to nearest integer that will come by tying the rate to inflation?

To answer this you'd have to have access to the current price of coins in every possible currency, since your question assumes the site sells them in other currencies than usd, the rate of exchange between usd and all those currencies, and the conversion fees your bank would apply (it varies between banks) for the transaction. Then you can calculate an answer, but it would only be correct until one of those variables changes again.
