Yeah, re-reading it, I see that I skimmed over the names that are right there in the text the first time.
I don't understand the mindset that just keeps banging on about these things like this. It seems to go together with the excessively wordy walls o'text, and bringing the subject up everywhere they can - someone just latches on to a perceived wrong and canNOT let it go, spending far more energy and time on it than it would take to just start a new account (or whatever else is not working out for them in life that they obsess over).
It can't be fun living with a mind that works like that. Like hyperfixation but not a fun kind.
