i'm not linking their skin because i don't want to expose them. you can look through the thread for the many entries based on opalized fossils and decide if any don't seem earthy enough to you, though.

I could believe it's the one on page 21 with how it's just rainbow colours on a wildclaw wing, but the sandsurge or the spiral are looking the most likely since they are directly opalization/fossilized based in the descriptions. Again though... in the announcement, they said they judge the images without name or backstory context the way that the staff does.

Oh there’s an m ridgeback entry on page 15 that doesn’t mention opal anything BUT features prehistoric marine critters (like ammonites) that appear… alive with like kelp n stuff, potentially underwater, not fossilized stone as might have been intended. This looks like a water entry, not earth.
