lbr pretty much all we have on this is some rando on smr responding to a possibly completely unrelated anon ask and possibly one other anon here but no hard deets.
a lot of flights ask that merc orders be kept secret/private, that's just the etiquette.
besides water has a bunch of haters still pissy at them over dom in general.
nayrt but light and wind got merc orders and nobody said anything about keeping them secret. probably the dom team in that anon's flight are just weirdos.
