Yeah, same here, not in the UMA community at all. In context, a UMA server in which I'm sure a majority of discussions are about the UMA making process, I could totally tell that it was supposed to mean 'shadow lines' or something to that extent because even I know that Lines & Shadows are a common denial reason.
It's like 'derg' or half the gene combo names. It sounds stupid, it reads stupid but it's a shortform term that's regularly in use that a lot of people do understand in context. And either you use it or you don't.
