Their mandate that anyone who interacts with them use perfect grammar is even funnier because they use commas and periods inside of parenthesis (Not general 'list' commas but commas that belong to the outside-of-parenthetical sentence). I don't care about grammar but it's funny that they don't meet their own purported requirements
