DA My flight certainly gives 'loans' - for a lack of a better word - for known 'high exalters' during oof dragon boarding as not everyone has enough treasure on hand to fully fill thousands of spaces with leveled fodder. But during battle that 'loan' is usually just used by the same exalters to buy even more fodder, so it's just like getting battle funds before battle.
