i'd like to see staff focus most (not completely) on a specific flight's species for their festival, but they're also looking for a certain threshold of quality and execution of staff's vision for the flight's themes while following the skin rules. if there's a ton of veilspun skins submitted, but only 2 male skins fit the bill for potential winners, it only leaves 2 options for staff to work from, and maybe less if they both share the same concept.
