I don't really know much about the people behind PCE either, but if be highly surprised if there were any TERFs involved in its creation, given how trans-inclusive the game is. The cats don't have assigned sexes, and their pronouns can be freely changed at any time, including they/them, it/its, a couple different neopronouns, and multiple pronoun sets for the same cat.
hell, most of their staff use a variety of pronouns/neopronouns or have no pronouns at all. if they had a TERF on their team at any point, it was likely an unknown factor.
i looked at the credits on PCE, and the first person they mention by name is just someone who has contributed some poems for an event... so weird, AC i think is just looking for any reason to talk about how they were victimized
