I recall an instance of this happening some years back to someone when they got banned for having signed up while under 13yrs old, their name wasn't rulebreaking otherwise and they were from the US iirc.
I'm not sure why exactly staff does this to some accounts (outside of bad names ofc) and not to others despite similar ban reasons
I wouldn't put it beyond a player to change their own UN prior to a prospective ban but that particular format is the one staff uses.
DA Yeah, the only reason staff would change the username to "NameChanged###" is if they sign up under the age of 13 or their nickname is inappropriate. It's most likely the former. It's not legal for flight rising to collect the information of anyone under the age of 13, and so even if they're no longer under the age of 13 but had an account then, staff wipes it.
