considering you just described Luvia, who is Blocks Georg who live on website and blocks over 10000 people per day, I doubt there's a limit that this player has reached unless they somehow block more than luvia does (or are luvia, and i doubt that too)

I searched them up to see who the fuck they are and I'm blocked. LOL.

this is par for the course. most people who get blocks don't interact with them, and many learn of luvia secondhand only to find themselves also on the list. by all means, they're allowed to do so, it's just a certain kind of funny when people are told about luvia for the first time and it plays out the same way nearly every time.
