Bigotry is denying people access to basic human rights. This is a pixel dragon game calm down. Instead of screaming at people online over a png you should go make change or donate to a trans charity.

That’s not what bigotry means. That is a result of bigotry - but bigotry is basically just hate or intolerance against people who are different from you or have different beliefs or whatever. You’re thinking of discrimination. No one is talking about discrimination here, though. They’re calling out nobody999 for bigotted behavior because that’s what this situation is giving.
Changing nonbinary pronouns to binary ones on a traveling dragon you didn’t intend to keep in the first place is sus as hell and I can only imagine one scenario in which a person wants to do that. Generally people just add on to existing lore with traveling dragons - they don’t change old lore and they definitely don’t change the pronouns for no reason. Keeping it just to spite the owner who probably clocked what they were up to just further confirms they had questionable intentions.
Another nonbinary person here. Is this deep? Maybe only as deep as a pothole, but like, it's still sus as hell. The only things we do know about the situation read as being malicious about pronouns specifically. In the current cultural climate being this petty about pronouns is such a red flag I think it's not unusual for people to assume the worst.

And you know what? It feels good when I see Aeq taking stuff like this seriously. It feels good when I see an admin for a major site (in our sphere anyway) effectively standing up for us. It honestly means a lot to me when I see how serious and zero tolerance Aeq is about these topics.

1. Nobody999 posts in a thread describing how they kept a travelling dragon that otherwise doesn't fit their lair rules to 'spite' its previous owner who allegedly messaged them about a 'lore change' they made 2. Aequorin asks them about that lore change. They respond saying they won't say what it was because they don't want 'drama'. 3. The original version of the bio is revealed, and it's discovered that the only change to the bio were that they/them pronouns all got edited to she/her.
I'm sorry but if this doesn't sound like somebody who is at least mildly transphobic then idk. Like the whole point is that this dragon doesn't meet their lair criteria. They posted in a thread that was specifically about "dragons that don't fit your lair criteria that you made an exception for", saying that the exception in question was spite. Over pronouns. People who aren't some kind of phobic don't give a shit about pronouns on dragons that they don't even want. I don't think that this being a pixel game matters here? You're suggesting that someone who acts so weird about NB pronouns on pixel dragons would be fine with NB pronouns IRL?
As a fellow enby, I am telling you disrespectfully to pull your head out of your ass. The attitude behind pettily keeping a pixel dragon to change its pronouns is the same attitude behind the IRL bigotry and bullshit we see all the time, just dialed to different intensities. Letting one slide because it's just muh pixels, when the pixels aren't remotely the issue, is contributing to people thinking the bigotry behind it also isn't a big deal.
