oh boy, is 0hzarks an arr reader? if so, congrats on missing the point by a country mile. underpaying people for art you "appreciate" isn't a level playing field, you're just a cheap asshole who thinks you can get away with scamming (young) artists, not to mention regular tickets being 1g/1kt but art prize donations are somehow worth 1/5 of that value. and even worse, earlier on the page is someone posting a colored fullbody with a background and shading. idk about you but i would pay more than 600g for that piece...

I usually pay between 1 and 10 million treasure for a nicely shaded fullbody.

0hzarks raised the ticket value of all art. Obviously I’m not gonna do this but:
“A drawing done in oil paints will be valued the same as a drawing sketched on a homework page… to encourage folks to do art who may not otherwise”

Uncolored fullbodies are now 1500 tickets and the maximum art you can enter is 10 per dragon. Meaning that IN THEORY one person could make 10 shitty sketches of every one of 0hzarks‘ eligible dragons and unlock almost all the prizes. There’s like 200 dragons in their hib den. 200*10*1500 = 3 million tickets.

I’m still extremely against the idea of creating art for a non-zero chance of receiving nothing, but this would be really funny. Bonus if you’ve never drawn a dragon in your life

I should do this :sob: I can't draw for shit and especially can't draw dragons for shit. I tried so hard the other day to make a headshot of one of my coatls but he ended up looking like a cuttlefish it was rly sad
