Also a NB anon here. Look, being complacent about people being "mildly" bigoted is not going to improve anything or make these online spaces anymore respectful to NB/trans people. Being complacent about the small things adds up into the bigger issues that face LGBTQIA+ people in the real world.
And you know what? It feels good when I see Aeq taking stuff like this seriously. It feels good when I see an admin for a major site (in our sphere anyway) effectively standing up for us. It honestly means a lot to me when I see how serious and zero tolerance Aeq is about these topics.
It's not hard to be respectful to others online and off, and we shouldn't just lay down and accept it when people aren't.

That’s what I think. I strongly suspect there was a lot more going on behind the scenes than we saw - something nasty had to have gone down in DMs between Nobody999 and the original owner that caused staff to step in, because just a disagreement over changing lore on a traveling dragon wouldn’t be enough.

As someone who returned to WoW specifically for the Dracthyr and have been maining my Evoker since, yess I'm so happy (though I'm less happy they did a completely unecessary and weird lopsided nerf/buff thing with Evoker in order to add Dracthyr to other classes and bugged the class in doing so on top of that).
I'm so sad they can't be monks though, I would've race changed my monk to be a Dracthyr.
Next step to perfection, the option for actual transmogs. :pray:

The reverting the profile makes me wonder if they might be considering making the ban permanent. No way the user won't revert that or just spite exalt it on return.

Given that paladins can draw their abilities from Tyr, or druids are connected to Ysera. (But I know the druid forms take forever- the paladin mount could just be another vorquin!)

I usually pay between 1 and 10 million treasure for a nicely shaded fullbody.

Yeah! And even within the barbershop options things feel pretty bleak, not being able to customise the colours of each bits bugs me particularly. I wanted to use the gold and red coloured stuff initially, but it makes some bits blue. :[ Not to mention our own tier sets don't even match our options.
My favourite classes are Evoker, Monk and Druid. I also love Hunter but it not having any role besides DPS kicks it out of my top three--I like having flexible role options on a single character. Also agree that Pally and Druid makes sense, but pally also does still have extra modeling work [since all the pally mounts are still customised to be more unique with their armour and appearance].

There's WoW talk going on right now so I figured I'd bite the bullet and ask if anyone here plays or used to play guild wars 2 as well. I can never find anyone to chat with about gw2 ever. Like show me your characters or tell me what you think of the main story or just the game in general or something. Or even if you hate the game go ahead and tell me why lol.
I'm enjoying the most recent expansion a ton and its next big content update is due in less than a month. I can hardly wait, it's the best content we've had in a long while. In the meantime I'm just enviously staring at other people's amazingly decorated homesteads while continuously putting off working on my own lol...

People have made good suggestions already but I mean this in the kindest way: nobody really cares what you do with your lore.
I’m using your words, but speaking generally - I see people worrying about getting smited/cancelled/etc for things all the time. I used to worry like that too and something that helped me get over it is realizing everyone is way too busy worrying about themselves to worry much about what you do. Unless you do something egregious (and since you’re this worried about it, I guarantee you know the limits already), someone will read your lore and enjoy it and move on. Don’t entertain the what-ifs and don’t stress. It’s fine.

If it's fodder coming through from other people's pairs, they aren't relevant to my lore. Exalted offspring of my pairs depends on the case. A favorite is the dragon found a place with a clan of the exalt flight. I have also used dead for a few cases.
Idk if Ozark reads ARR but I believe ThanosBottomText does (he was trolling Elisabluh in the light sprite thread), and TBT is part of the raffle doing some kind of art. My first bet would be that he let Ozark know

I play mostly Charr. My main is a Reaper (2H sword for now, working on making the legendary 1h axe whose name escapes me rn) and my main alts are a Herald stability tank, heal/alac Machinist, and a soul beast ranger :D (all Charr lol)

As a fellow enby, I am telling you disrespectfully to pull your head out of your ass. The attitude behind pettily keeping a pixel dragon to change its pronouns is the same attitude behind the IRL bigotry and bullshit we see all the time, just dialed to different intensities. Uncolored fullbodies are now 1500 tickets and the maximum art you can enter is 10 per dragon. Meaning that IN THEORY one person could make 10 shitty sketches of every one of 0hzarks‘ eligible dragons and unlock almost all the prizes. There’s like 200 dragons in their hib den. 200*10*1500 = 3 million tickets.
I’m still extremely against the idea of creating art for a non-zero chance of receiving nothing, but this would be really funny. Bonus if you’ve never drawn a dragon in your life
