AYRT Arcane approached Light for this battle, that's on them. And Light has fought Earth twice and got curbstomped both times. The second time made the Dom Team disappear out of lack of interest in the site anymore and Light is only just recovering from that. It's reasonable for them to not want to waste their resources on something that's doomed. Let flights who actually stand a chance like Water take on Earth.
I quit taking part in dom efforts anything more than casually after fighting hard in both those battles. Earth can't be beaten yet by Light, let Water try next.
WvE a while back was by far the most fun I had as an earthy for yeaaaars. I dont even care that we lost, I was just so happy we finally got a high energy battle out of it. I'd totally lose to water again idgaf I just want an interesting dom battle!!
Yeah and? This is a game, after all. If you know going into a fight that you’ll have a long, expensive, and tedious week when you know you’ll lose, there’s not a lot of appeal in that. Can’t blame them for not wanting to do it.
