working with them from inside lightning or from one of the flights that lightning is purchasing mercs from? because it’s a heck of a lot easier to be polite to someone when they have something you need (out-of-flight leveled dragons, in this case).

that makes sense (still a pity, we'd have loved to see that "no"), but wow what a way to blow a merc officer role. in all those years, despite all drama surrounding mercs and intense battles, this was still unheard of. everyone kept that PR ball rolling

really hope lightning comes up with new people then. if you get a door closed to you (and what a big door that was, water packs a punch), you're no longer able to do your job, whether you admit it or not

rowan, if you read this at some point: this role is over for you dude, take a backseat for the sake of your flight

Well, water leaked the entire original conversation in the first place, despite Rowan expressing his desire to keep it private. Like let's be real, water's the group that's dragging this shit through the mud, haven't heard a peep out of Rowan except to respond to the shit. Most of which is hardcore astroturfed anyway lmao

I'm a droplet and I made 4000+ gems mercing for wind and lightning (private order from another spark) so yeah I'm good lol

funny, since water merc was pretty busy with all the wind orders they had. and the private order they had, sending to wind. oh, and the private lightning order they had.

did lightning even reach out to water's merc lead? last i'd heard from my buds in water, H said there was radio silence. or was this a decision of rowan deciding that H wasn't talking to him and never actually trying to contact him? or - and this is a radical idea, i know - getting literally anyone other than rowan to talk to H?

hmmmm. maybe, just maybe, it's not actually water's fault here.
