Yep, true. Even the simple-to-implement guaranteed-to-be-uncontroversially-well-received ones. I wouldn't throw a tantrum about it, but it does get a little discouraging to advocate for something of that nature for literal years and know the staff probably never saw it. Another reason I'm less motivated to spend time doing it. (The alternative was making it my life's work to learn coding and get myself a job on the team just to fix all that tiny little detail-oriented stuff.)
