One of the things I get tired of are the people who will bring up other T rated things and go 'but FR doesnt' have that!!!!'.
Like, no, but not every T rated piece of media has to allow the same things. FR isn't rated E, because they do want to allow things that probably wouldn't pass in an E rated piece of media. But that doesn't mean they have to allow everything that is allowed in a T rated piece of media either.
For instance R: Restricted means R: Restricted, Children Under 17 Require Accompanying Parent or Adult Guardian. This rating means the film contains adult material such as adult activity, harsh language, intense graphic violence, drug abuse and nudity.
But that doesn't mean that every single R rated movie will have nudity, graphic violence, adult activity etc.. It might be rated R for Drug abuse only, or harsh language only.
T rated media can contain a lot of things, but being T rated doesn't mean it HAS to contain everything that T rated media can contain.
(sorry for the rant, I just get tired of seeing 'XXX is Teen rated and it has Y, so let FR have Y too')
