The next battle is Plague vs Nature, happening Mar 6-12. However, Shadow is also going to be solo pushing for their festival tomorrow - depending on how much space you have for fodder and how much time you spend training, it might behoove you to send your existing fodder to Shadow for unextreme-but-still-higher-than-exalt payouts and raffle tickets, then fill your space back up for PvN afterwards.
Also, there's usually a Dom Watch thread in Flight Rising Discussion to help you keep up to date on this stuff - here's the current thread, and it has a form where you can sign up for pings each week when they post a new one:
Nature and Plague will be battling March 6-12, although it's not shaping up to be a super exciting battle. More of a save-your-fodder-in-your-den week than a get-the-popcorn-ready week.
Wind and Lightning will be battling in May, haven't heard a ton about it but it will probably be a fun one. Keeping my fingers crossed lol.
Not sure why anyone would want to save their fodder when they'll be able to get above average prices and/or raffle tickets and still have plenty of time to fill back up before the Wind and Lightning battle in May.
Yeah, that's kind of what I was getting at when I mentioned they'd probably be better off sending to Shadow next week - really, since even in heated battles, the flights' payouts tend to parallel the AH floor, you get just as much benefit from hoarding Lv 1 dragons and then flipping them as you do from hoarding leveled adults. But if the latter is what you want to do, it's okay to play that way too.
