Almost every regular commenter on SMR is so annoying. Captain-chompers, adxmanial, and shinmegamitensei2 always have the most smooth-brained takes worded so condescendingly it'd be humorous if it were satirical and not so sincere. And some of them will comment on nearly every post too, like don't you guys have jobs or something?

All I've seen is that they talk shit on SMR, but folks often copy their accents- some folks have said they're an asshole in how they handle/respond to it, but I would, too, if folks were ripping off my shit.

Me, personally, I've commissioned art from them and they were super nice and a pleasure to work with, so idk.

hey all, ado here :) genuinely coming out of good will though seeing this posted definitely hurt, but I'll put those feelings aside for now. it was never, and would never be, my intention to try and come off condescending I guess, I have autism and I genuinely often times do not intend something to be rude when it ends up being rude. However, on that note, I usually respond to SMR anon posts that have to do with art theft or game design, and both of these are in fact my irl job. Forgive me for not wanting to coddle the opinions of art thieves or those who think they know a lot about game design and trash on devs for no reason without putting in the research.

Genuinely here out of good faith, and am more than willing to talk it out with people if anyone has questions, but I don't want anyone having ill thoughts of me when I never wanted to hurt anyone. I don't know what other weird shit people talk about me (genuinely interested, I... really try to stay out of drama outside of the aforementioned salt blog) and don't want misinformation to be spreading about me just because someone decided they don't like how I talk.

Literally only one of these so called "regulars" mentioned in this thread was in that tumblr post. So yes, you are in fact assuming that these three people in particular feel pride in being known - there's literally one of them in this thread right now trying to explain themselves because they apparently didn't mean to be rude and want to make amends

If you call someone out in the wanker thread, it is your job to provide the deets. People are not white knighting or being obtuse by asking for them when they fail to appear in your post. If you can't be bothered to hunt up some links or screenshots to show us, then you can't be bothered to make the accusations in the first place.
