The most deets I can remember is that I've heard about that - that if "your" dragon is named inappropriately, you will be punished regardless who actually named them - several years ago and was told to never buy dragons with such names.

Which is obviously now bullshit. Mind- if you bought a dragon to keep as a perma and left it named something like Hitlersanus in your lair for months? You kind of have some blame.

But not paying to rename a fodder you quickly exalt is not banworthy.
