It's about commissions, that were traced, not accents in the case with Vic, I think.

I think her collection cost like 500usd which vitor has them all, but she spent mad cash on custom, about 2000usd on 7 skins. The big part is for gijinka arts, vitor spent 1500usd on SS-designed gijinka, and then spent another 9000 paying other artists to draw said gijinka.

The point wasn't 'wow, there exists a rich PoC and they're able to spend!?', it was 'wow, they choose to spent that much $ on OC/art/UMAs' or whatever it was.
