yeaaah i've noticed this trend and it does, indeed, hurt

I found the DR post in question and while I have no idea who this is, something doesn't sit well with me in OP's claims, mostly the fact that they're pining the blame on all of their followers. Not everyone sees everything someone posts and calling them an apologist/supporter just because they may not have seen any supposed comments is :/

No idea on proof though, this is the first I've ever even heard of them.

I doubt they'll listen to that, but they WILL probably use it as an excuse if they decide it's not worth it in general.

I sent over two of my oldest, most beloved dragons and a younger one- all three with a TON of lore and art and had them all back in less than two days.

HIGHLY recommended! She was also super nice, too- I sent some stones over (including elims) and she didn't use them, and sent them back with the dragons!

Same. I really don't like breakup/mosaic themselves all that much, but was thrilled when I saw the announcement because hopefully it means they're not keeping 'ancients must have exclusive pattern genes or they're no longer SPECIAL!' as a policy.

(And to anon above me, I kind of feel like porting an ancient gene to modern breeds has to be at least slightly less work than conceptualizing an entire new modern gene from scratch, so unless they were throttling back on releasing new genes in general, I'm not sure why the notion would be abandoned as not worth it.)

The domestic abuse dragon (it seems they have either exalted or sold it) was a female pink PC that was frequently abused by its abusive male grey RB boyfriend/husband which included smashing their clutches of eggs (storywise, which she just exalted and named them "worthless" "broken" etc), stealing her pearl or plain up beating her up

she frequently wrote in her tumblr blog about it how badly she was treated by the male RB but was unable to leave him, often gave her the black flourish eye apparel to simulate a black eye from a beating

this caused other people to take pity on the PC and buy their hatchlings to "save the kids at least"

even it was all just story pretend thing it was basically to emotionally blackmail people in buying her overpriced PB/RB babies which is very shitty because it was glorifying domestic abuse

after people called out on her BS multiple times she eventually removed the very questionable bio but you can quite easy find proof of that shit in various drama blogs on tumblr or pas old anonrising posts

They bought gems, paypal went down and rolled back all purchases - cancelling gems purchases causes an instaban. Apparently, even when the problem is caused not by the player but by paypal itself.
