yeah they do that shit all the time, the last time they did that, staff did remove a section of their profile bc there was traumadumping going on and they threw a shitfit all over tumblr for that, wiped their profile and vagueposted like a edgy teenager on their "spouse" and "friends" profiles etc. to garner in a very pathetic way sympathy

a week later their profile was back to normal and they deleted all comments once again

its always the same shit with them, and frankly it is just very exhausting to even read about their forever repeated bullshit nowadays

i wish they would just get fucking banned from FR finally and go be toxic somewhere else that i dont have to read about their shit anymore

why haven't they been banned yet?

To be fair, they have been banned before. On their previous account PrinceErdian they have been banned (with a bunch of other accounts) for multi accounting, but have been allowed for god knows why to make a new account by the staff. They made a huge hoopla on tumblr over that of course.

*hands in face* Frankly, I don't know why the site admins insist to keep such a toxic person in the community. All they do is antagonize people, on and off site, and call everyone, including staff all kind of horrible things.

I wonder when they will step out of line for the last time and they just get the banhammer.

The admins took also an awful long time to ban Rhea (if that name rings any bells to my fellow oldies) back in the day, when they caused for months ruckus on the site and caught several times a few day bans, before the admins seemingly had enough and nuked them from the site.

I don't think that staff necessarily have a concrete reason to ban someone like AC, although I do generally agree that they should be. AFAIK they don't post donation links on site, they (maybe) aren't multi-accounting anymore, and they might not be in the ban phase of FR's punishment system for trolling/being annoying. AC recently got suspended for "trolling" due to their recent outburst about effects, so if they keep acting like this they probably will eventually earn a perma ban instead of suspensions.

Although I'm not familiar as much with all of the things Rhea did, it kind of felt like she only got banned because staff finally found a solid and obvious rule break: her BDSM dragon being mass reported.

For all the shit FR gets, I do think they are pretty fair when it comes to account punishments. I think this is similar to why Mouse Mod puts up with AnpuRa when they are no doubt in my mind 100% a troll.

The problem with AC that I *HOPE* will get them banned eventually is how they rile up people to join them in calling FR and its staff fascists.

Not to start any political discussions, but with the current events as they are, riling up any group of people saying a company is fascist is not gonna go well for them- what AC is doing is damaging to their reputation.

My suspicion is they're just silently collecting all their posts and tallying it up and waiting for AC to pull some bs again. I don't doubt for a second at least one mod is watching them for a final nail in the IP ban coffin.

(At least, that's my hope. I just wish they'd fuck off to Santae and never come back to FR, they just DON'T leave because they have their own little circle of sycophants kissing their ass and enabling their Martyr Complex.)

They’re the one who can’t seem to make any of the new updates work, yes.

This is why I fairly often bring up the whole 'staff doesn't want to ban people' when people start talking about 'staff is banning people for no reason, I and my family of 83 people, who all live in a single room apartment, and who all play FR on the same device, got banned unfairly, and I can give proof that we aren't all just the same person who made 84 different accounts!'

Because, it is true, AC, as toxic as they might be, are a pretty small fry in the grand scheme of things (ie, while they can be toxic if you are following their tumblr, and come across them, they often lay low for a fair amount of time, and aren't often seen in the 'wild' so to speak. But when they are... ooh boy, drama for days. Basically look at their recent forum posts, and while I know the ones that were out of line were removed, most of the ones left are either neutral or positive) and thus aren't creating a huge disturbance among the player base as some of the other people they have banned.

Rhea, as you said, did something concrete that was explictly against the rules, and thus got banned. I also think that they were starting to cause enough ruckus to become a player that did cause large disruptions in the player base.

So basically, staff, in my opinion of course, tends to only ban players for outright breaking of the rules, or being such a huge pain that they are causing huge issues with the rest of the playerbase, which most of the time is done through things that are against the rules (scams, or being hugely bigoted etc..)

Ultimately most of AC's drama is on Tumblr, and if you're viewing their FR disconnected from their Tumblr it's a lot harder to track the drama. Which is hard to justify within the rules.

AYRT

Yeah, that is what I thought, because I often don't pay attention to UNs until things get brought up here or on SMR, so I wasn't sure how visible they were on sight.

I know that they typically have a few posts that are along the lines of 'if the staff doesn't add this thing I want, they hate disabled people' but I didn't think it went much further than that on site. Off site? Yeah, that is where they really go off on people and the staff, but since it is offsite, staff can't really do anything about it.

Well, they can if it's linked on site. It's happened before with rule breaking links. If ac linked the Tumblr on fr...

Wasn't Rhea's ban because of self-sabotage? I may be thinking of somebody else.

She did. I forget the exact shit she did but she wanted her account locked.

I want to think it's because she wanted to grow as a person and start over, because she was a hot mess. But I'm being optimistic.

Nayrt

I thought I had remembered that maybe rhea wanted to be banned, but I am not sure.

I am pretty sure that the ban came about because Rhea was complaining about the 'nice rack' joke in the antler's tooltips and it brought visibility to her account. So, more people saw her BDSM dragon and probably started reporting and it started making the rounds of the drama sites, which brought even more reports in I bet.

DA

I think it's a pretty plausible theory, but I don't remember if it was ever actually confirmed. They had been trying to give away their hoard and stuff as well as taking a few extended breaks just prior to the events that led to the banning so. It does read like self-sabotage.

rhea was one of those people who was "quitting" the site for years, but never actually quitting. i doubt it was self-sabotage, but instead flying too close to the sun and finally getting burned.
