I actually think it's more like they want to sell, but the minimum they want for the dragon because of all the scatters is more than the dragon is worth at this point. So it never sells.

Wouldn't it have to be like a g1 XXX for it's raffle to even reach their 600KG quota? I'd buy tickets for the raffle if their quota wasn't that high

honestly they might've gotten close back when they were at 200kg-ish scatters and it was an Orca/Orca/Obs or something like that... but alas
