Oh I love bananapoo and their gaggle of friends it's hysterical. At first I was laughing thinking I found a multiaccount ring but after looking through all the profiles it became increasingly clear this is a bunch of very young kids who all started playing together. Some of them talk about the classes they take together on their profiles. I have hit report on one comment one of them made heavily implying a substitute teacher sexually abusing students though?! Not an actual accusation or recounting of something to be clear, just talking about how maybe they're creepy because they want to "you know" them. They're funny to watch in the forums (I REALLY like the Taylor Swift raffle one) but it is surprising they haven't faced a ban yet. I was acting like this when I was ~11 on RP forums too and of all the options for them to be dumb kids on, I don't think FR is a terrible one.
my favorite activity in the world is scrying/dressing dragons while stoned. I love blowing dragon cash this way - would anyone be interested in an 18+ weed chat, maybe over discord?
One of the things I want to mention is that when I first saw BP's post, and saw the initial dragon I was like 'okay, these are probably going to be dragons I consider ugly'.
then I saw the ones being sold and was like, those are gorgeous dragons!
So, they do have good taste (in my opinion :P) no matter their age.
I just don't think that unsupervised access (and I hope it is unsupervised and not that their parents see nothing wrong with what they are posting) to gaming sites are really good.
I was wondering if they would do something like this, if they are truly young. It is easy to get excited and, especially if they don't have any where else to use, use inappropriate sites as more like blogs or chats to keep up with friends.
(by inappropriate, I mean sites where you aren't supposed to use your real names, because there really isn't any way to filter out non-friends etc..)
If they are truly young (and there is always a chance they aren't), I am afraid that they might start posting more personal details on their profile comments.
YEAH, this ROCKS. the apparel is so lovely! the griffin is adorably scrungly! the skins are SO good. I don't use skins a lot, but I will be making a dent in my savings for so many of them since several are perfect for dragons I have.
One thing you aren't considering: when people quote you, they are responding *to the words you wrote* at the time of their response. when you rewrite a post, and there's no evidence of what was said (via a quoted reply), it can change how people perceive the responder. a quote allows anyone reading to know and understand the conversation that happened, at the time that it happened. so it's kind of shitty to not want any record of your initial post, when you have control over what you post and when you post it, and the user responding to you doesn't
just fuckin' relax and be more thoughtful with your words to prevent the problems you're causing yourself?
One tip: Elims go slightly down in price during Warrior’s Way because WW enemies are all neutral aligned and can therefore drop elims (plus more people in coli)
I don’t remember whether this is also the case for NotN; it might get offset by people buying elims for grinding but I imagine the supply would go up
Still though, it sucks that they’re getting expensive again. I joined when they were 600kt and I was SO glad when staff tanked the market with Galore and Dustcarve even though I had already shelled out for three. But unfortunately those were sort of band-aid fixes and without removing the root problem of low drop rate + utter necessity for optimal builds, it’s just gonna keep increasing again :(
i wish the swords weren't attached to the dragons with those ugly straps!! they'd be so cute on my dragons if not for the brown ruining the color palette ;n;
UPDATE ON THIS: OP got her account reinstated (good!) and Santae is going to be taking steps to prevent situations like this from happening in the future. The fact that it happened at all is still extremely concerning IMO, but I'm also further on the distrusting end when it comes to Santae's management.
Years ago during FR's big banhammer wave they did (supposedly) ask for banned users to submit reports with a photo of the user holding their ID up to their face. I say (supposedly) because iirc that's what the banned users were saying on Tumblr. So this isn't the first instance of a pet site asking for ID's. However considering the fact that someone is threatening to doxx another person on the various salt blogs then this information would not be safe to share with Santae's staff if they're the ones that are running around on Anon. (Given the fact that someone has already unsuccessfully tried to impersonate CJ on Tumblr.) Honestly this entire situation is such a mess for a site that's only just gotten started.
The difference here is FR actually collects info in registration. Santae doesn't. I would have no trouble with submitting my id to FR staff, because I know they have info to match to.
If you click on account settings and click user profile, it shows you the name and birthdate you registered with. Obviously you can put in whatever but the site does ask.
