Oh come on 🙄 I agree her tweets make her seem chill but stealing valuable items that people have entrusted you with for the purpose of putting on community events is incredibly shitty. People most likely put in real work to earn those items and whatever else they contribute to dom efforts, their effort and feelings are real even if the items are virtual.

Sure, her tweets are mostly based but all that proves is good politics and funny Eurovision tweets don't mean someone is 100% trustworthy... and I didn't much like that she tweeted about the person/situation in Discord like that. Retweeting a funny joke about sparkling bigotry doesn't make it okay to run off with valuable donations.

I mostly meant the person above who deliberately is using tone tags to show that they mean basically because they agree with Dutchess's politics, the stealing is not a big deal and the people praising how chill she is on Twitter and that they'd be friends with her.

A dom leader doesn't need to be cool, they need to be trustworthy and capable. If a dom leader has a problem with credibility and being reliable, the whole flight is fucked. Which is obviously the case here. If Fire had leadership with a modicum of reliability, a little skill with organization, and the ability to rally the troops, they'd easily be a dom powerhouse because of their size.

A bit of advice for anyone that wants to lead dom or be a well respected member of a dom team - don't fucking post on drama sites. Letting everyone know that events are delayed or that you are correcting a problem is fine. But posting regularly on a drama site, particularly with gossipy details, is not a good look. It doesn't look good for you or your flight. Not only does it say that you are willing to get down and fling some shit, it tells people in your own flight that you are involved in drama and it's perfectly fine for them to wade in.

I mean, reading is great. You can learn things about what's going down here first. I'd prefer they keep up.

Posting isn't that big a deal either in my eyes. Just don't post that you are a dom team member, details that spill who you are, and you know... don't sign your name.

If a dom team doesn't have at least one person reading the various drama sources, they are missing out on valuable feedback. It's also the best way to know if a shit storm is coming. But those people shouldn't be visibly posting.
