I'm sorry this happened to you. no idea why they want to keep her in charge of everything when, time and time again, she steps out on everyone when she's needed. it seems clear enough to me that letting her continue the way she has is not doing the flight any favors, so I can't imagine any reason for just choosing to not fix anything other than worries over duchess' or flight members' reactions (or both).
I DO wonder if there's genuine fear that she'd just take the dom funds with her if anyone tells her to get out. don't know if it's been brought up in this board recently and I'm being pedantic by saying it, but, yeah.
There was concern over her possibly dipping entirely, but the sheets we have are very... well, janky. And she does not own *all* of the funds but a portionable amount. Either way though, if she decided to dip entirely it isn't anything we couldn't rebuild.
As far as flight member's reactions, possibly some would be worried if they are newer to FireDom, but a lot of embers it seems have very mixed feelings about the AA lead anyways so...?
