(mods i hope my intentions are clear with this disclaimer) like, don't dig into others. focus on Shian and evidence of their interactions with others.

Honestly, I'm sure a lot of big "rich" accounts are doing it. It's crazy that there's not really anything staff can do about it.

Staff certainly could if they wanted to look at the CR and PM gift history. A history of giant extravagant 'gifts' and currency amounts going one way between players that have not otherwise interacted, or just started interacting very recently, probably would be a big red flag something isn't right. All they really need is an initial tip of some kind and then they can examine the whole cr history.

What do we think about Shian selling Willow to Booleano?

As the only surviving child of classic glitch dragon Naomi, breeding Willow is like printing money.

Shian had made an agreement to stop breeding her. But after the sale, Booleano started breeding her again.

Booleano publicly posted the sale price of Willow (800kg, https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/drs/3208561/1#post_3208561 here), which has already been recouped. Dragons from that first nest sold for 350kg+ IMMEDIATELY. I'm talking crowds ready, salivating, wallets in hand before the nest was even laid. Shian selling Willow made this frenzy "socially acceptable" again. One dragon changes hands, and the money-printing machine switches to "on" again. Hmmm...

Now I'm no detective, but it doesn't take a genius to look at the situation and conclude that someone would be REAL willing to spend some actual cash in exchange for the ability to print gems forever. Prices on future Willow nests seem to be locked at around 100kg per hatchling, but what the hell? 10kg is $100 USD. You could pay $1,000 USD for Willow and still cut a profit in a second. Why would Shian sell Willow for 800kg when breeding her ONCE could print that much money instead? I am looking at my wallet...

That's actually cool, and much more reasonably priced lmao. Or I guess the kids of dragon #666 I can understand the appeal of - that line gets crossed with Naomi a lot. Or maybe #420 or #42069, but honestly I think I'm glad that #420 is exalted and #42069 seems inactive/not caring about meme number. I get tired just imagining the hullabaloo there'd be about that one, especially because it's not exactly condoned by the rules to talk about blazing wicked nugs. Blowing big blunts. Suckin a beezy.

I definitely think Booleano isn't as goody goody as they like to pretend, I've always been suspicious of them ever since Feet/Bany got banned on-site right after trading with them for the KS vistas; one of Booleano's friends also happened to get banned at the same time.

Pretty confident Feet was banned for RMT.
Frankly I think all of these people are in on the RMT business and perhaps more. It often turns into a bar fight or a saga of betrayals after these RMT people come together and start creating buisness alliances. Not condoning the way a certain group treated another group at all and I think it was disgusting but it fits in line with the typical behavior of these folks.

They said in the Gen1 Hell server that it was for multiaccounting. I do agree with the latter part of your statement, however.

Staff should go look at the crossroads to see if that 800kg ever exchanged hands or not.

A screenshot was publicly posted, so I don't doubt that one as much. Booleano must have been investigated when Feet got banned. But one of Shian's biggest customers, who can't be named on ARR, bought a really expensive dragon shortly after Willow changed hands if I recall. I think Shian sells dragons her buyers want, then sells the rest for gems and sells those off. Which is awful for the people who legitimately buy from her and get involved.

As for why Shian would sell a money printer, I think it's because the Naomi community would kill her for breeding again, so Willow was worthless to her. A new owner isn't bound by her promises. Also, with the heat on her rising when she sold her other G1 imp last year, she probably wanted to liquidate and get what she could.

She already had a schedule to breed Willow yearly, much like Booleano now, and Naomi community had no issues with it from the looks of it.

My mistake on that, then. I read on Shian's old Willow thread that people were upset with her for continuing to breed, and an earlier message said she said she would stop, so I thought she was backed into a corner. My mistake there, I thought she was done breeding. Thinking the community would kill her over going back on her word was due to the community being insane, which I largely saw on SMR, when they targeted someone for not believing in the false progens and got outed for being a squad of bullies. That's how I arrived there, but if I had some incorrect information my assumption is entirely wrong.

That being said, my guess now is Shian didn't want to deal with the Naomi community because they're a bunch of entitled children.

I knew Shian had written a long explanation about what she'd do with Willow (as far as breeding and such), but I didn't feel like looking up the "receipts" so I didn't want to get too specific lol. That's my bad - thank you for coming through with the link.

Seems like Shian was a bit bullied into even having to write such an explainer in the first place, and I do feel bad for her honestly. It must be an insane amount of pressure knowing how many people are invested in what you do with your dragon like that. So many voices chiming in: "Breeding Willow devalues her existing offspring, previously thought to be exclusive!" / "Not breeding her is unfair to all the people who want to participate in the hype, but don't have FR riches!"
That surge of input is probably what the other person was talking about as far as "getting killed" over dragon decisions.
No wonder she ended up selling Willow !

I feel like the collective reaction to the Willow sale was much calmer than I would've expected it to be. Did all the discussion about it stay off-site in cloistered communities or did I just miss the kiki from the regular tea sources?

The Naomi discord is a cult that I won't touch with a 10 foot pole despite being into lineages. I'd guess the people who cared were there.

Not sure if the Sucrose named in your previous post ispart of the unmentionable squad, but isn't that the person in the running for an Imp scroll auction a while back who was funding their bids with cryptocurrency? I remember looking around for more information and they had responded to a profile comment (doing so on the profile of the person who asked the question) with something like "it's crypto, my husband said that if my trades do well then I can keep bidding."
Does anyone else remember that or have more info? I always wonder how Imp scroll buyers even get their hands on that much liquid currency at a time. Are they all Kickstarter backers & gem-based commission artists or what?

She supposedly was looking for an imp or scroll in the BMT site, but I don't frequent there so can neither confirm or deny that accusation.

The person who wanted to fund the imp scroll with crypto would be warocqueanum#4874 aka Monarque for any old FR players out there.

Sucrose was in that group and past screens proved interactions. She did not get her imp from S directly, it came from ykw, just after ykw got it from S. She may just not have done the ugly stuff to others and I don't recall her involvement in the bullying incident.

I also remember hearing about someone with her un stalking a rmt site few years ago, but she claimed it was impersonation from my memory. Hard to know what really happened.
