Are you queer, or are you speaking for queer people? Because while I see your point about the corporatization of queerness being exhausting, there are plenty of fully grown queer adults that do indeed use more than just the rainbow, trans, and lesbian flags. I believe that FR did a pretty good job of covering the basics, but to say that queer adults don't want more variety in flag representation is just not true.
I'd also challenge the idea that FR's core audience is teenagers. I feel like maybe this perspective is different based on which players you are interacting with and which flight you are in, but there are large numbers of adults actively playing FR. And those are the players that are going to be spending the most money.

Have you ever been to a Pride celebration? At my local one, there are more rainbows than anything else, but LOADS of people come decked out in various flags. More flags than FR implemented. By far. And there are quite a few floats in the parade that are themed more specifically than "rainbow pride" with flags to match. Trans, bi, lesbian, ace, heck there's even a group of older guys who make a Bear float every year.
Genuinely don't know where you got the idea that no one irl uses anything but the rainbow.
The CORPORATE crap only uses rainbows but everyone else is decked the fuck out.
