tons of adults, in real life, absolutely do this all the time in private company. i would even wager almost every adult has done this at some point. it's not evil for them to privately talk about it to others, especially if they've tried to tell the kid to think about their actions before they do them as they suggested they have in the last screenshot.
it's not so deep. kids do annoying things all the time and are incredibly cringy. i still think about shit i did as a kid that was incredibly cringy and berate myself for it. if you're OP, or are someone who knows more, it would really support your case if you took the time to post more substantial evidence, because what's been provided isn't enough to go on.
