Accent resellers?

I'd like to know to make buying and selling easier. And by resellers I mean users who habitually buy copies to relist at an inflated price

There was a list posted a while ago- I can't find it now, but Snowpea is a major offender.

I don't know if they're a chronic reseller, but I semi-recently blocked a user named Viviana because they were selling a 500g (I think) accent for over 2kg before the accent was even retired.

Probably outing myself, but CrystallizedMoon is one. They bought two limited accents from me and immediately posted them on the AH for 10kg.

Blocked them- not letting them buy from me again.
