this lol, literally looks like a photoshop brush or smt. idk why they couldnt have made the sparkles softer and more varied, like firefly or the sparkles in star/con.

tbf i think sparkles as apparel (similar to the flowerfalls) was something a lot of people wanted for a while, and they already did the notn apparel so this provides another option. just wish it was executed differently.
