Why? Is asking for lowball trades against the rules? Or are they a multi

I think it's because they were trying to lowball newbies specifically, and "bad faith trades/scams" are against the rules (mainly I hear people getting dinged for it by scamming newbies of valuable G1 hatches). Their main post's wording targeted new players:
