Wow! I had no idea it went back that far. That's super fucking weird. I'm in Fire and we were never polled on dates or whether we want to battle Shadow at all. I don't think many of us would have chosen to surprise battle them on their annual push, so I guess our dom leads really do have a hate-boner for Shadow and are dragging us along. :')

Oh yeah, it goes that far back. I guess Shadow is easy to pick on! I doubt Fire would be doing the same if it were another flight (like Light, for example).

The fact they even included that Shadow announced a conquest that week too... The team willingly went for Shadow then?!

AYRT, well, in the name of disclosure - I'm in Shadow and while I have nothing against against random Fire players, your dom "leaders" are certified cunts in my opinion now :|

And in the name of full disclosure, the first Fire v Shadow was dropped on us with the same unfunny "Mather" meme, so your leaders aren't even original with their hateboners which is probably an even worse sin. Where's the drama, the show, the presentation?? Boring and predictable.

I'm mostly in Fire for the lore but I like participating in the big dom events (battles and our festival), and this makes me want to move. This is so petty and rude.

Well, since I immediately shifted into battle mode, my immediate thought was 'great, one less Fire trainer to overcome with our 2.5x population size' lol

But as a second thought, I'm sorry and I hope you find a solution that works for you, I can imagine this is not a situation anyone wants to find themselves where an activity they enjoy gets somewhat tainted :/

Let me say this much: Unless Fire is willing to pay out the ass, they may have issues when Shadow gets the pity support. Including the pity of fire's own members.
