Does this user have a history of copying? This one doesn't quite seem as close as the Museum/Ado mess.

I could actually see this one as bizarre coincidence.

I feel a bit iffy on this too, especially given that they've already made a Banescale accent with very similar themes and colors:

The moon, night sky, dark head w/cyan accents and silver jewelry especially. The feathers resemble Reisiger's accent somewhat but they could be entirely chalked up to coincidence too.

With the bane accent as evidence, I just see stupid coincidence. It's very possible the user never saw that 2018 accent.

Willing to change my mind if there's something more concrete... But right now, it's two pretty night sky accents.

not an exact match but the wing patterns are similar enough to make me think they're familiar with reisiger's accents, tytoz's accents seem inspired by theirs looking through them in the database (similar crescent moon imagery/feathery wings/way of drawing jewelry)
definitely not a guarantee they're copying but it makes the mirror skin a bit more suspect in my eyes
