Well, better that than having your head so far up your own ass to not understand that even if someone is doing their job, it's nice to hear some appreciation once in a while.

The staff aren't robots. They're human beings. What's wrong with saying thank you?

They aren't and the thanks is nice - but during specifically staff fuck-up times these threads always resurface en-mass like 'uwu ur the bestest ever, never change' over-the-top ass-kissing fests.

The only fuck up I can fault em on here is flair, and they reverted it when we complained.

Errors and mistakes happen. And the shutdown was done to protect folks.(And some errors were directly and indirectly caused a few of those.
