My well-fed bonuses have been dead (until the staff reset them with maint) for over a year. All my dragons except for 3 have been stripped and their apparel/familiars summarily sold. I've liquidated a fair portion of my account, and have been TRYING to spend my wealth on art. But the problem is that I literally can't spend my funds fast enough, even with buying characters and commissioning willy-nilly any time I find an artist I like (or leaving large tips). So I only managed to spend maybe 200kg at most this year, and now I'm looking at 75kg minimum in profits on eggs, probably more like 150-200 if I were to play it right, functionally erasing most of the work I'd done in spending over the year.

I really, really want to just forget about Flight Rising and never log in again, but my mind goes, "But think of the thousands of dollars of art you'd be missing out on!" and I force myself to log in and try to buy more art. And then because I log in, I see profit opportunities and I literally can't muster enough self-control not to take them. Building wealth is legitimately an addiction and one that I can't kick, and I'm too greedy about art to leave the site cold turkey without having spent everything. and that's not even getting into selling my old G1 collection, a daunting prospect I've been meaning to do for a couple years now...
