I always figured the Mire would be more viable, not less, if they raised the level cap. They'd be focusing on whatever new level venues they put in (presumably changing GW and Portal to 26 and 27) instead of constantly adding in new, higher STR enemies to their older venues in an attempt to keep our interest.

I used to wish they would just raise the cap, because having three venues that are supposedly the same level is ridiculous. But, that would quickly make Mire untenable as a training spot once people got their trainer dragons up a few levels, so I guess it's for the best overall.
