Suspect the first raise was because someone was buying mercs, and they were trying to make it more worth it to sell to them rather than merc/raise the prices the mercs would ask in turn.

Later ones were probably because of the high floor

a few people in water (even a dom lead in the beginning and then throughout) were mercing my flight the whole time, so yeah it was definitely mercing that caused the raising prices
