I don't think it is. OP seems sincere to me and I hadn't heard of Nature's foddart using dreamcatchers before because I don't play in those areas of the game. Personally I squint at dreamcatchers used randomly as a crunchy granola motif because they do have specific cultural meanings. Usually they're in non-Native art at the cost of those meanings being ignored, like dreamcatcher tattoos for example.

FTR I haven't seen the art in question and I would love a link to it if anyone has one.

it's at the very top of the very first post, like a logo

unless I'm misinterpreting it, but circle + "webs" + feathers reads to me like dreamcatcher, especially with the emblem caught in the middle
