When would this EVER be a good idea. As much as I'd love the block the people who blocked me so they could stealth undercut me in the AH, I really don't think the tradeoff for any situation would make up for the potential harassment this could bring.
Here in the OP is a recipe for people to organize harassment from their little cliques to harm people who did nothing more than decide "I don't want to see your posts and don't want you to buy my auctions."
Imagine knowing who blocked you and being able to tell a group of your friends to pull a spite naming campaign of someone's dragon's offspring on the AH just for blocking you. That is what this would do, except more frequently for even pettier reasons..
