i did this once with a dragon that i thought would go perfectly with an accent that i bought, then put it on the dragon and realised that i neither liked the accent or the dragon enough to keep either, and couldn't be bothered relisting it since it was several months old, bred, and was already just barely above fodder prices.

I've done this a few times. Pretty dragon that suits my tastes, nab it for dress-up or breeding, but it doesn't work out. I've previously exalted on account of low lair space, but now that I have a ton of space, I'll usually relist around fodder price.

100k is peanuts to me, so any dragon 100k or under I usually won't think twice about before doing this. I know we can scry dress-ups now, but it's easier to just buy it, especially if I'm worried someone else might nab it.
