about ~three years ago i found a tumblr user that did screencap and gif recaps of like the ENTIRE original sailor moon show/movies/just starting crystal. at the time i didn't have a tumblr account and by the time i got one i'd dropped out of sailor moon again, so i forgot their account name.

now my interest in sailor moon is back and i can't tell if i've found them again or someone else doing recaps because there's a lot of them.

i specifically remember they were always on the hunt for moon kingdom lore and had a 'dark sailor scouts' AU, and also used the google scribbling feature on some posts for people to make doodles with. they also definitely got hit by at least one copyright strike, so it's entirely possible the whole tumblr got deleted - but i also hope not...

NEVER MIND I FOUND THEM (keyofjetwolf if anyone else was interested and wow my sense of time was way off re the copyright nuke).

i'd like to give a shout out to tvtropes' sailor moon memes page for having a whole section dedicated to memes from that tumblr, and also to this forum for letting me invoke the 'ask someone else to find something i've been looking for all day and they find it in five seconds' energy even though nobody had time to respond.

also speaking of tvtropes, the FR page hasn't been updated to include banescales yet.
