Is it a surface? They’re notorious for The Thickening and microsoft knows it lol, I took mine to the store pre-pandemic and they replaced it even though my warranty had been expired for a week cuz they probably didn’t want me on their ass about it being a genuine danger. I’m scared for when this one inevitably starts to bulge but YEAH, keep it far away from you and only use it if you have to back stuff up
