Given how many players use Roundsey you'd have to either be very lucky or spending a ton of treasure every week. Either way it's never guaranteed. And that's what I like about Roundsey, it's supposed to be a treasure sink. So glad the admins made it treasure and not gems.

roundsey is just an artificial money sink, if you buy more than 1 ticket each week you are just throwing treasure out of the window for nothing

How are any money sinks not artificial on a virtual pet site? The marginal cost of producing any item on the site is virtually 0.

I've won three times buying <40kt in tickets every week - the ~1.5kg in prizes is of course worth less than what I would've made saving that amount for two years, but the equivalent 3.2kg at today's ratio is pretty much nothing over that long of a period of time for me. Plus the entertainment value of thinking about what you'd do with the dragon is fun.

If you actually want something from the auction save up to buy it or buy dozens of kg in tickets like Greylag does (and probably lose more money than if you'd just saved).

I won a festival skin one week when I bought just typical 10 tickets. Wasn't one I really care for I've left it on the message as a memento of winning.

Yep, think it was just a chest or something. I buy 10 tickets every week unless there's nothing I care about in the raffle (or more if there's a sprite, but not a whole lot more even then).

I've won once but it was trinkets lmfao. Why do they even have trinkets in there.
And I buy like 10 to 20 tickets per raffle whenever I remember, because having a Roundsey dragon would be neat and I don't mind wasting my dragon pennies there.

The trinkets are usually part of HD expansion missions or recipes I believe, but yeah worthless if you've got all your sleepy dragon space unlocked.
