I recommend sewing! I got really into cross stitch and have now made several pieces, and every time I look at the finished product I think "wow, I made that whole thing!" and it's a nice little burst of happy brain chemicals every time. Sewing is also useful because you can make your own repairs to clothes, or even make new clothes if you're good enough at it! I'm not on that level yet, but I have fixed various items of clothing that I really wanted to keep. Overall a great indoor activity to be able to do in quarantine.
